THE PARISH OF ELLESMERE PORT AND HOOTON St Saviour and St Mary of the Angels | Our Lady Star of the Sea and St Bernard Application for Baptism We will ask the Mother and Father their Religion – this again is to help us with your Child’s Baptism Service. We ask that the Catholic Partner do what they can within their Marriage / Partnership to bring up their Children as Catholics. At least one Godparent should be an adult practising Catholic It is customary to make a donation to the Church If this is your first child to be baptised at our parish, and you would like to attend one of our baptism preparation evenings, they are held on a Tuesday evening at 7pm in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church: Please go to rcchep.co.uk/baptsim-event-booking to RSVP for a prep evening. There is no need to book a place, just come along. Privacy Notice The information collected on this form helps with the preparation of the Baptism.
